Jonny comes from a background of elite Para sport as well as maritime operations.
A former GB Para athlete, and army officer, Jonny is responsible for the operational running of the team.

Logistics manager
Hannah Evans, aka Hannah2 comes from the FINANCIAL world to join HSR. With a fierce eye for detail, she keeps the team running on a daily basis, keeping track of boats, kit and people. If it's supposed to be somewhere, it will be!
Alex
Newton
Technical director
Alex brings a huge wealth of knowledge to the team with a background in composites. having been involved in IMOCA & Americas cup campaigns, his technical support & input is invaluable. Alex is responsible for all the technical
innovations as well as boat maintenance.
Adam aka Big Lad has worked with Hannah since 2016- from sailing Hannah's tuning boat in the run up to the Paralympic Games, to gaining a sports science degree, Adam joins the Team once again. His role is looking after HSR boats, up to acting as a delivery or co-skipper!

Philippe Falle

Philippe Falle first met Hannah on the water when he examined her for her Yachtmaster Offshore certificate.
She impressed him with her attitude, as well as her sailing skills, and he joins her Board of Advisors with his considerable offshore racing experience. Having worked as a professional skipper, an examiner and boat captain for the Hugo Boss Vendee Globe campaign, his experience is second to none!
